This sandwich from Racines in Denver, Colorado, woke my mouth up and then made that same mouth sing with joy.  It comes on grilled sourdough, then it is topped with roasted turkey (upon request), white cheddar cheese (is there anything wrong with white cheddar?  I do not think so. ), and then finished off with a fire roasted green chile and cilantro mayo.  Delightfully paired with one of the best margaritas this gal has had west of the Mississippi.
