Felafel

Felafel

When I think about the Fall of 2012, I will always remember two things: I was in newly-wedded bliss and I took a van Gogh class from 6-10 every Wednesday night.  The Best Husband ever escorted me to USF every week; he would study that med school business in the library while I attended class.  Time was short for dinner on those Wednesdays; we opted to eat out.  Enter the new location of Little Greek in downtown St. Petersburg.  The location is perfect; it sits very close to campus.  It is also a super clean and quiet venue, perfect for us to catch up on our days.  The felafel pita is one of my favorites.  Served with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki, it is one hot and tasty mess.  I also got a Greek salad as my side.  This salad is one of the better Greeks you can find in the area.

IMAG0693We are also big fans of the Avgolemono (chicken lemon-rice) soup, the chopped Greek salad, and the Gyros.  We ended up at Little Greek on Wednesdays more often than not.  Head on down there and make your own food memories today.
